Born into a real estate family in Los Angeles, for over 20 years Belle has honed her skills in all facets of the industry: residential, commercial, construction, development, property management, investment. Fluent in Mandarin, she lived for a time in Beijing and Taiwan where she furthered her real estate experience.

In 2001 she decided to move back to the US to concentrate on residential homes within the neighborhoods and culture she grew up in. After working alongside a major listing agent in Malibu and the Pacific Palisades, she joined Sotheby's International Realty where she could focus on assisting buyers.

Recognizing that every transaction is unique, she has the innate tools to handle the diverse criteria and demands of each. 92% of buyers begin their home search online, and 98% of them will use a realtor. Real estate transactions have critical repercussions on the lives of the parties and Belle knows how much buyers depend on their realtor. She enjoys assisting first time home buyers, patiently arming them with abundant market information she develops with Sotheby's so they can make informed decisions.

Belle is married to a Los Angeles based mortgage broker. Both are passionate travelers and love to pursue adventures into the natural world in exotic locations.She enjoys traveling overseas to meet and learn about people from all corners of the world. An extension of the joy is serving a diverse clientele here.

In her downtime on the West Side, she's trying new restaurants, going to yoga and soul cycle, playing "Words With Friends", and rooting for the USC football team with her niece and nephews.
